How to Help
Adoptable puppies and dogs cost between $250-$300, which helps to reimburse us for the expenses of: dog food, accessories (toys, blankets, treats), medications, dog wormers, vaccinations and veterinarian visits.   We are always in need of:

- veterinarian recommended puppy and dog food
- puppy/dog toys, blankets, treats
- monetary donations to go towards vet checks, vaccinations, deworming and medications and to be given directly at the vet clinic.

We are, at this time, not a registered charity and so cannot provide receipts for donations. But all donation given at the vet you will receive a receipt.
If you wish you could own a puppy, but you don't have time nor the home for him or her to be taking care of, but would like to help these sweet puppies anyway you can. You can always help by donating at the vet clinic to help pay for more than the vaccination. Sometime some litters need flea treatment and that can be costly for me and in some cases emergency surgery and it would help for so many other vet care. It would also mean that I could rescue more, like adult dogs and cats because they always need more. I would like to thank everybody that will donate. If you do decide to donate money at the vet in trust, you will get a receipt. It will not only go for our vet expenses but other rescues who needs it.
All of your donation are greatly apreciated , whatever it is, if it's blankets, playpen, food, cleaning supplie (mostly chlorine), treats, wire cages, old carpets, even old lenolium flooring, leashes , collars, halters, bowls etc.... Whatever you don't use we will make great use of it.
This is my vet, her name is Dr.Jeanne Vachon. She is the owner of the Lafontaine veterinary clinic in Rockland 2799 chamberland street. To contact her, the phone is # 613-446-0032.She does great work and she is very affectionate towards all small animals. She does a lot of work for the humane society and other rescue shelter like mine. She does all our vet care for all of our dogs now and forever she is that amazing.

Thank you Carrie for the small breed play pen, and I hope you get better soon. Now I can rescue more small breed at the same time and keeping them all in the house without them being in crates as I don't believe in crating a dog. I also contacted two new by-law officers to let them know. Again thank you so much you have a big heart.
Thanks to all who buys collars and leashes and the extras on site, because all profit made is re-invested into the rescued shelter/kennel.
Thank you to the wonderful family in Orleans for the donation of the large dog plastic crate and for being such great pet lovers. The dogs will surely apreciate the beautiful crate for their ride to the vet. We apreciate it to the fullest from the bottom of our hearts.
Thanks to Iris's mom for the donation of all the collars , leash, blanket and for the washing machine at only 25$ to wash the beddings of the rescued dogs. Very much apreciated more than you'll ever know. There so many great people left in this world that are great pet lovers.
